This hotel was a lovely experience. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels that are the same as each other but this one is very different. It’s like staying in a well equipped large treehouse. It’s a quiet boutique hotel off the beaten track but within a ten minute walk to the bus terminal. And about 15 mins to the busy nightlife. I love the property. Situated in the jungle within a nature reserve and directly above the river. Travelling to the falls was easy with a short bus ride from the terminal. Breakfast was freshly prepared in the morning and was generous. The star of the show has to be Raúl. He was amazing. From check-in to check-out and even after check-out. Although the desk is not 24/7, he made himself available and ensured we had all we needed. He was incredibly kind and a great ambassador for the hotel. I will definitely stay here again and will choose longer next time so that I can enjoy the calm surroundings.
